These are courses taught in the spring semester.

This course provides learners with practical training for developing communication skills such as listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills in business contexts through a variety of student-centered activities. Communicative activities and autonomous learning followed by Unit Reviews are designed to enhance effectiveness of learning fundamental skills required in workplace. The course also develops learners’ autonomy through extensive listening and reading activities.

Students will explore the lifestyles, attitudes, and opinions of people from around the world.

The purpose of the course is to develop the Academic English language skills of students. Students will develop their vocabulary, reading, discussion, presentation and critical thinking skills.  

This course will improve students' listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills through learning about topics in daily life and the contemporary world. Students will write a 300-word essay and make a 3-minute presentation at the end of the semester.
